LOCAL TASTE

In our approach to food and hospitality, we are following a path that increasingly respects the raw materials and production processes of local supply chains to bring the genuine essence of the territory and its realities into every dish. We have therefore decided to involve small local producers in a project that tells not only the uniqueness of the products but also the richness of our land’s resources.
